Online Workshop: How to Be an Editor of Our Own Research-Based Writing?
Wednesday (02/10/21). International Class, Telkom University successfully held webinar event in February 2021, titled “How to Be an Editor of Our Own Research-Based Writing?” This workshop invited a great speaker: Nita Novianti, Chief Editor of International Journal of Education and Research Assistant at the University of Tasmania.
This Webinar provided for all participants how to improve the structure and style of academic writing, communicate more clearly and definitely eliminate grammatical errors. This webinar followed by students who want edit their own research (Bachelor’s Thesis) and mandatory for International students. In the first session which was moderated by Cut Irna Setiawati (Assistant Manager of International Class), then the webinar was officially opened by The Postgraduate Manager and International Class Unit, Dr. Ira Wirasari, M. Ds and motivated participants to focus on the key elements in editing their own academic research.
Mrs. Nita Novianti opened his presentation with an explanation of A World Without Editing (Best Typo 2017) . Then she continued by describing Research-Based Writing. She also presented about The Overall Look : Has your manuscript. 140 participants were attended and joined the first session till the end seriously. Our guest speaker were successfully inspired all participants to become an active editor, especially for editing their own research!
