MOBILITY PROGRAM BATCH 1: PREPARE YOURSELF TO MOBILITY PROGRAM 

For international class students at Telkom University, participating in a mobility program is a mandatory requirement for graduation. Therefore, it is crucial for students to identify their interests and capabilities early in their studies, allowing them to prepare thoroughly. This preparation will help them choose a program that aligns with their academic goals and personal development, ensuring that the experience provides maximum benefits for their future careers. 

To facilitate the mobility program selection process, the International Class Academic Office (ICAO) plans to open a special batch for second and third-year students. This initiative aims to help students prepare earlier and more thoroughly before applying for their desired mobility program. With this batch, the preparation and selection process for mobility programs is expected to become more effective and well-structured.

This program provides essential guidance to help students explore their destination options, prepare for the mobility journey, and ensure a smooth transition into international academic experiences.

Why Join the Mobility Program? 

By joining this program, students will: 

• Gain insights into various universities and programs available. 

• Receive guidance on selecting the most suitable institutions. 

• Prepare themselves academically and administratively before departure. 

• Secure a guaranteed spot in internal selection if the program is open and the quota is not full. 

Programs and Universities who might be open 

The Mobility Program Batch 1 offers two pathways: 

1. Summer Program (Short Program) 

Students interested in a short-term international experience can apply to the following universities: 

• South Korea: Hongik University, Hanyang ERICA, Myongji University, Yonsei University, Hanyang International, INHA University 

• United States: San Francisco State University 

• Malaysia: Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) 

• Germany: CBS International Business School, Cologne 

2. Fall Exchange Program 

For those seeking a semester-long exchange program, the following universities might be open: 

• Malaysia: Universitas Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Multimedia University (MMU), Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah 

• South Korea: Kumoh National Institute of Technology (KIT), Woosong University, Hanyang ERICA 

• Netherlands: Saxion School of Finance and International Business 

• Japan: Kumamoto University, Kanazawa University 

• Russia: Innopolis University

Who can Apply? 

• International Class Student 

• Students in 4^th semester and 6^th semester 

How to Apply? 

1. Research Your Options 
   Before selecting a university, it is important to research your choices to understand their academic offerings, environment, and program details. 

2. Choose 2-3 Universities 
   Select at least two universities as your top choices in case your first option is unavailable. 

3. S️ubmit Your Preferences 
   Once you’ve finalized your choices, submit your preferences to ICAO. Registration form : https://tel-u.ac.id/mp-batch1
