In order to support and make all the process/activities of teaching and learning in International Class run well, ICAO facilitates you to change your course schedule for particular subjects (if it is really needed). It is done to ensure that after you change your course schedule, you can do tapping your ID Card through Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in order that your presences (either lecturers or students) can be inputted into iGracias automatically. In order to do this, you have to do the following procedure:
- Students and lecturers report to ICAO for changing or replacing course schedule including “make up class”.
- Students and lecturers propose their new course schedule by filling out the form provided by ICAO.
- Students and lecturers get approval after ICAO checks and ensures that your new course schedule does not clash with others.
