This program is organized by International Class Academic Office (ICAO) with the aim of helping and assisting international class students to finish the writing of their thesis. Since 2020, this program is helped by an external tutor and students will join the class once a month.

Procedure
- Please, fill in the guidance form for after meeting and signed tutor
- Please, fill and read carefully for the statement of commitment. After that, please signed digitally and send the statement letter back to ICAO email.
- choose your own time and day to meet the tutor
- after that, confirm to Tutor
- maximum meeting is 4 times with tutor
