Saturday (08\/28\/21). International Class, Telkom University successfully held webinar event in August 2021, titled \u201cEmerging Powerful Communication in the Digital Transformation Era\u201d This workshop invited a great speaker named : Sylma Jepin, DTM<\/strong>, Public Relations Manager for District 87, Vice President Public Relations of Heritage Toastmasters Club, Malaysia, and Member of the Malaysian Association<\/p>\n\n\n\n

of Professional Speakers (MAPS) International Association of Coaching (IAC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This webinar begins with why it’s important to be positive. Positive: can help you to engage with your colleague and negative: may result in your colleagues disengaging from the purpose of the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then the speaker explained that behind every avatar is a real person, there are 4 points. First “show up on time”, second “focus” third “be professional & prepared”, and fourth “don’t interrupt”. In addition, the speaker asked the participants to match the correct word. followed by an explanation of “what do you normally feel in a virtual meeting?”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

41 participants were attended and joined the first session till the end seriously. Our guest speakers have successfully inspired all participants to become active.<\/p>\n\n\n
