Both majors or study programs will be taken simultaneously at Telkom University and one of partner universities. This way, students can finish both degrees in less time, compared to taking one degree program after the other.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>PARTNER UNIVERSITY FACT SHEET<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Download the fact sheet\u00a0to find out more detail information about the partner university.<\/p>\n<p>It provides information such as the requirements set by the partner university, tuition fee, estimated expenses, course list, etc.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/icao.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/JDDD-Partner-University-Fact-Sheet_updated-20190121.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to download the\u00a0fact sheet.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Students must meet the requirements set by both Telkom University and the partner university to be eligible to apply for joint\/dual degree program.<\/p>\n<p>The requirements are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Telkom University international class students<\/li>\n<li>Having a valid passport<\/li>\n<li>Successfully completed at least the 1st until 5th semester courses (currently\u00a0studying in 6th semester)<\/li>\n<li>Having an excellent academic record with minimum GPA of 3.00<\/li>\n<li>Good command of both written and spoken English (proven by iBT TOEFL test certificate with minimum score of 79, or Academic IELTS test certificate with minimum score of 6)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the requirements set by the partner university, please refer to the\u00a0fact sheet which can be downloaded above.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>APPLICATION PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><mark><strong>Application deadline for joint\/dual degree 2019\u00a0to Saxion University: 15 March 2019<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Submission of Application Documents<br \/>\n\uf0a7 Check the requirements<br \/>\n\uf0a7\u00a0Fill out\u00a0joint\/dual degree online application form. To complete the form, you must login to your Telkom University email account or Gmail account. At the end of the form, students must upload the scanned copy of the following documents:<br \/>\na. Passport\u00a0(name the file: your full name_passport)<br \/>\nb. iBT TOEFL or IELTS certificate\u00a0(name the file: your full name_toefl\/eprt)<br \/>\nc. Academic transcript\u00a0(name the file: your full name_transcript)<br \/>\nd. Please check your email inbox (and the spam folder) regularly.<\/li>\n<li>Interview<br \/>\n\uf0a7 Applicants will be interviewed by Prodi to see how much they know about the program and how ready they are to participate in the program.<\/li>\n<li>Pre-Departure Orientation<br \/>\n\uf0a7 ICAO will hold an orientation\u00a0for\u00a0students to be prepared for\u00a0joint\/dual degree program. All applicants who pass the interview must attend the orientation.<\/li>\n<li>External Selection (at partner university)<br \/>\n\uf0a7 Applicants who pass the interview will be nominated as\u00a0joint\/dual degree students to the partner university.<br \/>\n\uf0a7 Applicants apply online and\/or submit the documents required by the partner university (check\u00a0on the\u00a0fact sheet\u00a0the requirements set by the partner university).<br \/>\n\uf0a7 The online application and required documents will be reviewed by the partner university.<br \/>\n\uf0a7 There may be an additional selection process, and\/or an interview conducted by partner universities if needed.<br \/>\n<strong>Note<\/strong>: Each partner university may have different application process.<\/li>\n<li>Accepted as\u00a0Joint\/Dual Degree Student<br \/>\n\uf0a7\u00a0Applicants who pass the application process will receive an acceptance letter or admission letter from the partner university and officially accepted as joint\/dual degree student.<\/li>\n<li>Flight Tickets and Visa<br \/>\n\uf0a7 A\u00a0partner university representative normally helps students in the arrangement of flight tickets and visa application. In case students have to arrange their own flight tickets, they must consult with ICAO and the representative beforehand. However, each Prodi may have different regulation regarding course registration for joint\/dual degree students.
